There is nothing that God cannot do. He is sovereign over all things. The world bows to His Power and Glory and Majesty. If He wills it, the earth would be nothing...less than dust and ashes. But, His lovingkindness is everlasting. He loves His creation - the earth and all its creatures and inhabitants. He loves us so much that even though we are great sinners, He makes a way of reconciliation for us. How great is our God.
After writing the above in my journal this morning, I opened my Bible for my morning meditation. The Psalm I was to read for today was Psalm 118. As I read I was amazed and thrilled at the words because...
Psalm 118 repeats FOUR times in the first four verses: "His lovingkindness is everlasting."
I just love it when God reveals Himself so near to my heart. He put an exclamation point where I just put a period.
